Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Tabula Rasa (ABN 64 582 528 180) (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, directors, founders, contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 2:00pm (Sydney time) on 7 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (Sydney time) on 16 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period:

  1. Follow @tabularasa on Instagram; and

  2. Comment on the giveaway post tagging one (1) friend.

Multiple entries are permitted by tagging different friends in separate comments.
Tagging the same friend multiple times does not constitute additional entries.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Tabula Rasa set, consisting of:

  • The Muse Pant

  • The Form Top

Details:

  • Colourway: Winner’s choice, subject to availability

  • Size: Winner’s choice, subject to availability

  • Total prize value: AUD $200

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw on 17 February 2026.

The winner will be:

  • Contacted via Instagram direct message; and

  • Announced via Instagram Stories and/or comment reply on the giveaway post.

The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification.
If no response is received, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and prize fulfilment, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

8. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this promotion.

9. Content & Announcement

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Promoter:

  • Announcing their Instagram handle publicly as the winner; and

  • Reposting any story content in which the winner tags @tabularasa, without compensation.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
